These terms govern your use of KoalaBowl, operated by Simply Flow AI LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the app you agree to them.

Not medical advice

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@koalabowl.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 to use KoalaBowl.

Content you publish

You retain ownership of recipes and other content you create. By publishing a recipe you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it within the app to other users. You are responsible for having the right to publish what you post.

What is not allowed

• Content that is offensive, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory
• Spam, advertising, or deliberately misleading content
• Content that is unsafe or encourages harm, including dangerous dietary claims
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights
• Impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your affiliation

Users can report published content, and users can block other users. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules. We may remove content at our discretion without prior notice where it presents a safety or legal risk.

Subscriptions

KoalaBowl offers optional Plus and Pro subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and renewal is charged within 24 hours of the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KoalaBowl in violation of any law, to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with its operation, or to reverse engineer or resell it without our written permission.

Automated analysis

KoalaBowl uses automated systems and AI models to read labels, analyze ingredients, and generate recommendations. This output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its data will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Flow AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using KoalaBowl at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in California.
